The mission of the LaSalle Parish Library is to provide patrons with the best and most current information resources possible including online electronic information resources.  Review the electronic access policy governing use of these resources.

Meeting Room

LaSalle Parish Library has meeting room facilities and supporting equipment available for public use.  Review the meeting room policy governing use of these facilities.

Circulation

LaSalle Parish residents may apply for a library card at the circulation desk of any of the LaSalle Parish libraries. Library cards are valid at all locations. First cards are provided at no charge.  A $2.00 replacement fee is charged for a lost card. The maximum number of items per patron is 15.

Books & Audios: 2 Weeks
Videos: 3 days

Compact Discs: 2 weeks
Magazines: 1 week
Total of 10 magazines with current issues limited to 3.
Reference Books: In library use only.

Fine Assessment

Books & Audios:  .05/day, up to $1.00
Videos:  $1.00/day

Compact Discs: .05/day, up to $1.00
Magazines:  .05/day, up to $1.00
Overdue materials must be returned and fines paid prior to checking out additional materials.  The cost of the book plus a $2.00 service charge must be paid for lost books.
